Biographie
Paco De Rosa, born Pasquale De Rosa in Naples on February 20, 1986, made his film debut in 2009 with "Fortapasc," directed by Marco Risi, which tells the story of journalist Gian Carlo Siani, killed by the Camorra. He then began a productive collaboration with actor, writer, and director Ciro Ceruti, joining his theater company and working on two films: "Do it for Dad" and "The Law Is the Same for Everyone... Maybe," as well as the final season of the historical sitcom "Out of Progress." His partnership with Nando Mormone, creator and producer of Made in Sud, originated from his theatrical work with Ceruti, who valued his stage performances. This led to Paco joining the cast of the film "Life Heart Beat" and later appearing on the RAI 2 show "Fatti Unici." In the live sitcom, he played the role of the "outlaw" Popeye, directed by Lello Arena, acting alongside comic talents such as Paolo Caiazzo, Maria Bolignano, and Ciro Ceruti. Besides theater and television, Paco is very active in cinema, participating in numerous successful films including "Suddenly a Man" directed by Claudio Insegno, starring Massimiliano Gallo and Biagio Izzo; "Unwanted Effects," also directed by Claudio Insegno, featuring Massimiliano Gallo, Biagio Izzo, Francesco Procopio, and Gianluca Di Gennaro; "Finally Married," directed by Lello Arena, alongside Arteteca and Sergio Friscia; "Treasure Hunt," directed by Carlo Vanzina, with Vincenzo Salemme, Carlo Buccirosso, and Max Tortora; and "Very Happy Condolences," directed by Claudio Insegno, starring Enzo Salvi, Andrea Roncato, Milena Miconi, Simona Ceruti, and the trio Ardone, Peluso, and Massa.
