Biographie
J.D. Lewis is a leading Acting Coach in the United States. He founded The Actor's Lab in Los Angeles in 1990 and now operates studios in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, CA, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Portland, Oregon. He has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry. As an actor, J.D. has appeared on shows such as Friends, ER, Suddenly Susan, Oliver Beene, and L.A. Law. He is best recognized for his role as Ross Parker on NBC’s Midnight Caller alongside Gary Cole. During the 1980s and 1990s, he was the commercial face of Vidal Sassoon, L.A. Gear (with Kathy Ireland), and Bud Lite. He divides his time between Tavira, Portugal, and Santa Barbara, California, and conducts workshops worldwide. Beyond his acting and coaching career, he is also a noted philanthropist and humanitarian, having founded The Twelve In Twelve Foundation in 2012. He has been honored for setting a world record when he and his two sons, Jackson and Buck, became the first family to visit all seven continents in one year, focusing on humanitarian efforts. Additionally, he is an accomplished triathlete and IronMan competitor.
