Biographie
Clare Agius is an actress, TV presenter, and producer who has been performing and hosting TV programs, events, and festivals since 1997, establishing herself as one of Malta's leading personalities.
In 2003, she founded her first business, Clare Agius Media Productions, and gained valuable business experience with the support of a mentor.
With thousands of aired programs to her credit, Clare has honed the ability to interview guests and make them feel comfortable on camera while bringing out their best qualities. She has produced and presented most of her shows successfully and is known for her natural presenting style. Her work includes daily shows, one-on-one interviews, documentaries, and notably the all-female show 'Ilsien in-nisa,' which she created and launched in October 2011.
After completing her theatre education at M.T.A.D.A. (1990–1995), Clare has taken lead roles and collaborated on theatre productions both locally and internationally, participating in festivals and tours. On television, she is well-known for her memorable role as Rita in 'Madonna tac-Coqqa.' Her international credits include significant roles in the BBC series Roman Mysteries, the Polish TV drama Kryminalni, the film Simshar, and the ongoing theatre ethnography 'I Could Be Anyone,' performed in the UK and the USA.
A dedicated yoga practitioner since age 20, Clare embraces a healthy lifestyle. This passion inspired her to open a Traditional Chinese Massage clinic in 2008, extending her wellness philosophy to the public.
Clare has pursued personal development through various courses, including Emotional Freedom Technique, Pranic Healing, and multiple yoga programs. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Germany in October 2010.
Driven by a long-standing passion for flying, Clare earned her Private Pilot's license in August 2009. She now enjoys flying Cessna 152 and 172 aircraft in her free time.
