Biographie
Justin was born on March 2, 2000, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia. He has an older brother named Jimmy and a younger sister named Jayla. He enjoys role-playing and singing. When he was just four years old, he received a karaoke machine for Christmas, spending much of his time singing and imagining large audiences. He began pursuing acting in third grade when he auditioned for the school play, Fiddler on the Roof, and was cast as a villager. He loved being part of the production, dedicating long hours to his role. On opening night at the Albany Municipal Auditorium, he realized he wanted to continue developing his acting skills. Each year, he participated in school plays such as Hello Dolly and Thoroughly Modern Millie.
One rainy day in February 2011, Justin learned that a talent scout would be visiting Deerfield Windsor School, where he had been a student since first grade. His soccer game was canceled due to the rain, so he convinced his father to take him to the school. Wearing his soccer uniform, he auditioned and met Marla Brettel and Blake Woodruff. He read a script and sang "Who's Crying Now" by Journey. After spending time with him, they invited Justin to Atlanta for a weekend workshop called "A Day in the Life." The workshop offered instruction and experience with various industry professionals, covering improv, musical theatre, TV and film, dance, commercials, and runway. The weekend concluded with a showcase where selected talents performed before a live audience. Justin performed a singing improv with another participant and sang a solo of Nickelback's "If Everyone Cared."
Since returning from the Atlanta workshop, Justin has appeared in the music video "Let Love Win" by Christian music artist TJ Mauldin. He has begun filming a movie titled Truth Seekers: The Music Of Souls, a SAG-qualified film directed by Gaylord Parsons. Additionally, he worked as a double for Devan Leos in Madea's Witness Protection and had a small role in Clint Eastwood's Trouble With The Curve. With Marla Brettel's guidance, he secured representation with Atlanta Models and Talent and Bohemia Group. Justin continues to pursue his career as a performer by taking weekly acting classes, singing at camps, and attending auditions. He eagerly anticipates each new performance and upcoming opportunities.
