Biographie
Naomi Glick is an artist who began tap dance and ballet classes at the age of three. She made her stage debut at five and was later accepted into Buckman Arts Focus Elementary School for the performing arts. Naomi lived in Portland with her family and friends until 1995, when they relocated. Art was always her favorite subject. At nine, she played Baloo in a school production of "The Jungle Book," and in middle school, she portrayed Chava in "Fiddler on the Roof."
At Mercer Island High School, Naomi was actively involved in Varsity Cheerleading, the BRIDGES leadership program, Volunteer Outreach In Communities Everywhere, SAVE, Israel Solidarity, Drama clubs, Natural Helpers, JV Tennis, and the performance choir Island Sound. At 17, she participated in the "Young Actors Professional Intensive," a nine-to-five Monday through Friday program, and completed a Performance Internship in "Wonderful Town" at the 5th Avenue Theatre in downtown Seattle.
When choosing a college major, Naomi found acting to be the most compelling of her talents, which also included singing and dancing. She discovered her true passion while attending the University of Washington Seattle, supplementing her education with three years of private on-camera acting classes outside of college. Bob booked her first film audition for the role of Ginger in "World's Greatest Dad," directed by Bobcat Goldthwait and produced by Darko Entertainment in 2009.
Her next film, "God Bless America" (2011), also by Bobcat Goldthwait, was a career highlight, during which she met Sean McKittrick. Sean praised her work ethic, saying, "I hear you're great to work with," and added, "I could see doing a Bobcat film once a year."
Naomi's first professional lead role was as Jean Rice in John Osborne's "The Entertainer," performed on stage in Los Angeles in 2014.
