Biographie
Gregory Franklin is an Emmy, Grammy, Webby, Tony, and Drama Desk-nominated producer and the Principal Managing Producer of Franklin Theatrical Group, overseeing more than 25 theatrical, film, television, and new media projects. He is the producer and executive producer of the dramatic thriller series "The Accidental Wolf," starring Kelli O'Hara, currently streaming on Topic, First Look Media's new platform. His Broadway producing credits include the revival of "Side Show," directed by Bill Condon; "The Velocity of Autumn," starring Estelle Parsons and Stephen Spinella; "The Visit," starring Chita Rivera; "The Great Society," starring Brian Cox; "Waitress," starring Jessie Mueller; "The Kite Runner," starring Amir Arison; and "Ohio State Murders," starring Audra McDonald. Franklin also advises Prodooser, a web-based software designed to track, manage, and organize data by digitizing the producer-investor relationship. His nonprofit work with Waterwell focuses on the artist-as-citizen ethos as the foundation for theatrical storytelling, aiming to foster a more just and humane society through theatre arts training, performance, inspired filmmaking, and live events supporting immigrant and veteran communities. He serves as Governance Committee Chairperson on the board of Waterwell.org.
