Biographie
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Josh made his feature film debut at the age of eight in Columbia Pictures' "The Green Hornet" (2011), starring opposite Academy Award nominee Tom Wilkinson. He then secured a recurring role on ABC's critically acclaimed series "Suburgatory" from 2012 to 2013. Josh portrayed "A.J.," a sarcastic, know-it-all wealthy kid who often offered adults witty advice, including his views on love.
Following his work on "Suburgatory," Josh appeared in Warner Bros.' film "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone," playing "Judah Munny" alongside James Gandolfini. As Doug Munny's sweet and quietly humorous son, Josh won audiences' hearts as the biggest and most devoted fan of Burt Wonderstone, portrayed by Steve Carell. His other television credits include Adult Swim's "Children's Hospital," guest roles on TNT's "Franklin and Bash," and Nickelodeon's "Deadtime Stories." Most recently, he guest-starred as the title character "Gene" in episode 14 of FOX's "Dads," opposite Seth Green.
In 2014, Josh starred in NBC's new series "Crisis," alongside Gillian Anderson, Dermot Mulroney, Lance Gross, and Rachael Taylor. The show centers on a field trip for students at Ballard High, a school for the children of Washington D.C.'s elite, including CEOs, diplomats, political figures, and even the President's son. When their bus is ambushed on a remote rural road, the teenagers and their chaperones are taken hostage, sparking a national crisis. Josh plays "Anton," a highly intelligent student who skipped multiple grades, making him one of the youngest hostages. "Crisis" premiered on NBC on March 16, 2014.
Beyond acting, Josh is passionate about writing and has created numerous mock episodes of cartoons, screenplays, and scripts. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Alliance for Lupus Research. He is also an avid sports enthusiast, with basketball and volleyball being his favorite activities.
