(2025) Sheila Lynn Cochran is an educator, former talent agent, and working actor with a professional background spanning business, education, and the entertainment industry. She is the founder and former owner of Red Willow Talent, a Savannah, Georgia-based talent agency that served actors throughout the Southeast. Red Willow Talent later closed, allowing Sheila to transition fully into education while continuing her creative work in film.

As a former performer, she emphasized training, workshops, and professional presentation, believing that success in the film and television industry begins with preparation, discipline, and credibility.
After retiring from business, Sheila deepened her involvement in the entertainment industry, gaining experience and building relationships with directors, producers, and writers. She later earned a Master of Arts in Teaching in Secondary Education and teaches high school in Walterboro, South Carolina, where she focuses on student engagement, real-world learning, and career readiness.
Although she has set talent representation aside, Sheila continues to participate in the entertainment profession through contract work and short film projects during summer breaks. She balances her passion for teaching with her love of acting, viewing both as avenues for storytelling, mentorship, and creative growth.
Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Master of Arts in Teaching in Secondary Education. She has also studied at the University of South Carolina and the Governmental School of Accounting in Chicago, Illinois.
