Biographie
Jennifer (Jenn) Pearlman is a native New Yorker whose career in film and television production began under the mentorship of acclaimed filmmakers including Woody Allen, Taylor Hackford, Al Pacino, J.J. Abrams, and Richard Shepard. Collaborating closely with Shepard, Jenn produced several groundbreaking independent features-among the first true "indie" films to achieve both theatrical worldwide release and significant critical and media recognition.
In 2005, Jenn founded Pic Two Productions, a full-service production company dedicated to delivering high-quality content across multiple platforms. Since its inception, Pic Two has produced commercials, television series, reality programming, on-air promotional campaigns, still shoots, and show opens for premier clients including Netflix, Disney, Nickelodeon, CBS, NBC, HBO, The CW, FOX, Lifetime, Food Network, Bravo, HGTV, and History Channel, as well as provided production services for numerous global brands.
A two-time Emmy Award-winning producer and multiple PromaxBDA World Gold and ADDY Award recipient, Jenn is widely recognized for her ability to balance exceptional production value with cost-effective execution-earning her a reputation as one of the industry's most resourceful and creative producers.
In 2017, Jenn expanded Pic Two's capabilities to include financing for independent features, promotional content, and new media projects, further solidifying the company's role as a dynamic and forward-thinking production partner. Through shifting industry landscapes and evolving media formats, Jenn continues to lead Pic Two's diverse team with a commitment to creative excellence, precision, and innovation.
On a personal level, Jenn is the proud mother of actress Jessica Jacoby (Mingalone) and resides between both the east and west coast.
