Biographie
Colleen is an accomplished producer and production manager with extensive experience across documentaries, feature films, television, international campaigns, live-streaming events, corporate content, and digital media. Her projects have taken her across the globe and have been featured in theaters and on platforms including YouTube The White House, Netflix, Apple TV, Disney, Google, Showtime, A&E, PBS, CSPAN, Spike TV, MTV, and more. Her work has premiered at prestigious festivals such as Canneseries, Tribeca, Slamdance, and Live Earth.
With decades of experience creating socially conscious and sustainability-focused content, Colleen’s work explores themes including mental health in prisons, war and women’s empowerment, gang violence and youth incarceration, stem cell research and regenerative medicine, true crime, culture, conservation, and the natural world. She played key roles in major global events such as IUCN’s World Conservation Congress and President Biden’s 2021 Leaders Summit on Climate.
Beyond film and television, Colleen has contributed to international media development efforts facilitating capacity building workshops in Liberia with the United Nations Development Programme on election journalism, and conducting media assessments in Liberia and Guinea. Her communications work with non-profit organizations has advanced initiatives in sustainability, journalism, animal welfare, and community empowerment both in the U.S. and abroad.
Colleen holds a MA in International Environmental Policy with a Specialization in Communications and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
