Biographie
Christina, raised in Albion, Illinois, is the daughter of Angela Bouvier and Marvin Miller. She spent her childhood in Southern Illinois and Indiana. While attending Wabash Valley College, she began studying journalism and started her career in radio broadcasting, earning her FCC 3rd Class License in Chicago. Christina became the first disc jockey to broadcast live from a 10-watt station to 50,000 watts at WVJC-FM in Mt. Carmel, IL. She worked at WYER-FM in Mt. Carmel before moving to Virginia, where she joined WUEZ-AM in Salem as the Morning News Host and covered elections for WROV-FM in Roanoke.
Christina’s first television role was as the Weekend Weathergirl at KTXS-TV [ABC] in Abilene, Texas, where she was voted top feature reporter, interviewing celebrities such as Steve Martin, Roy Rogers, Maureen Reagan, and Mae West. She later worked at KMID-TV [NBC] in Midland, TX, serving as the Weekend Weathergirl and Co-Anchor for the 10:00 p.m. newscast. There, she was an investigative and lead reporter covering breaking news and producing the nightly broadcast.
In 1985, Christina moved to Los Angeles and landed her first acting role on Young and Restless [CBS]. In 1987, she was cast as Evelyn, a news reporter on General Hospital [ABC], a role she continues to portray. Her acting credits include numerous music videos and student films, notably the award-winning USC short The Roommate (1998). Christina has also done voice-over work for commercials and cartoons and has experience across the entertainment industry, including roles at EMI Music Publishing, A&R/Soundtrack for Arista Records, ICM Talent/Literary Agency, and assisting Academy Award-winning producers at major feature film studios.
