Biographie
John begann im Alter von 12 Jahren Musik zu schreiben. Seine erste Band, Family Crisis, spielte Shows mit 7 Seconds und Bad Religion.
1994 gründete er Goldfinger als Leadsänger, Songwriter, Produzent und Mixer. Goldfinger ist bekannt für dynamische Live-Auftritte und spielte allein im Jahr 1996 385 Shows. Goldfinger hat weltweit 4 Millionen Alben verkauft.
Während seiner Zeit als A&R für Red Bull, Maverick & Warner Bros. Records unterzeichnete Feldmann The Used, D.R.U.G.S, Goldfinger, Showoff, City Sleeps, Story of the Year, Foxy Shazam, Mest, Itch, Blitz Kids und Beartooth. John ist derzeit A&R für BMG.
John hat auch Produktionsarbeit/Songwriting für The Cab, The Veronicas, Krewella, All Time Low, Sleeping With Sirens und Sweet Suspense geleistet. Avicii, Good Charlotte, Mest, The Used, Story of the Year, Ashlee Simpson, One Ok Rock, Hilary Duff, Goldfinger, Showoff, The Matches, Atreyu, City Sleeps, Anthony Green, Oh Honey, Beat Union, Cute Is What We Aim For, Escape the Fate, Get Scared, After Midnight Project, Foxy Shazam, Allstar Weekend, Panic! at the Disco, Boys Like Girls, Megan Joy, Jessica Lowndes, Plain White T's, 5 Seconds of Summer, Mandy Moore und Kelis unter anderem.
