Biographie
T.Lee Montgomery is a Flint, Michigan native and has worked in the Entertainment Industry for 13 years. She took a leap of faith and moved to Hollywood after studying theatre abroad at the University of London and graduating from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. With only her 3-piece luggage and a dream, T.Lee was determined to break down doors and soar in Hollywood.
The transition was challenging being alone, without resources, hands-on training, or connections. Through trial and error, key relationships, focus and tenacity, T.Lee beat those odds and created success for herself. She has had the esteemed honor of being amongst Hollywood's finest while being a trophy model for Award Shows including The Oscars Honors, BET Awards, Primetime Emmy's, MTV, Billboard Music Awards and others. T.Lee has been featured on Tyler Perry's television shows and a film project produced and directed by Robert Townsend. T.Lee has worked for some of the top Networks and production companies in Hollywood. She continues to strive hard to perfect her craft in acting. You can find her gracing Award show stages, TV Screens, touring with Porsche Cars of North America or hosting red carpet movie premieres interviewing your favorite celebrities.
The journey and transition into Hollywood inspired T.Lee to launch her non-profit organization DreamChasers Inc. in 2017, representing everything she did not have when launching her career. Dreamchaser Inc's mission is to transform lives and empower talented tenacious young professionals to prepare them for Hollywood with mentorship, hands-on training, self-improvement skills, resources, valuable connections and tangible opportunities to assist them with taking their career to the next level. Dreamchasers Inc. has held workshops in Hollywood and has recently been implemented at an all-girls orphanage in Johannesburg, South Africa in which T.Lee worked with the girls on building their self-esteem, etiquette, confidence and career skills. She finds her greatest joy in life serving as a change agent and giving back to her community.
Believing in God's plan, T.Lee remains faithful on His promise and living life on purpose with full intention. She refers to everyone as a "DreamChaser" and says, "It's my mission to create a legacy for myself and empower young leaders to chase their dreams. As a servant leader, I feel responsible to help make the next generation's journey and transition into Hollywood easier than mine was." She lives by Dreamchasers Inc. core philosophy; "Give Back, Make an Impact!"
