Biographie
James "Chilli" Chillingworth is an Actor, Stand-Up Comedian, Improv Nut, and Writer. His main work is in the IT and Cybersecurity field, where he founded The Consulting Practice (a Cybersecurity and Information Technology Consulting Company). Chilli's professional business takes him across North America and he is often based the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Los Angeles.
Chilli started acting a little over 10 years ago, and has accomplished a substantial amount in this short time-frame, including over 100 IMDB Credits, and more than 180 Shoots of various types (Movies, TV Shows, Commercials, Web Series, Music Videos, Print Ads, and Short Films).
Chilli has embraced acting/performing in a seamless fashion by relying on his "performing" experience as a magician and through his professional career as an Executive and Consultant in the high-tech industry.
Chilli was featured in 2 films that premiered at TIFF in 2015, namely "Spotlight" and "How Heavy This Hammer".
Activity is part of Chilli's lifestyle and he participates in various sporting activities, including Soccer, Hockey, Team Handball, Basketball, Rowing and Crossfit. Chilli has competed at both the National and International level.
Chilli is a regular Speaker with Information Technology and Cybersecurity topics, and has provided talks to organizations such as: BrightTalk, DEFCON, OWASP, IIBA, Center for Public Service Excellence (CPSE) University of Waterloo, and CALPOLY Pomona.
