Biographie
Myles Grier, an actor of Nigerian heritage, works in film, television, and theater. Originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia, he started acting at age eleven and refined his skills at Atlanta's DeKalb School of the Arts. He earned a BFA in Theatre Performance before moving to Los Angeles to pursue roles in television and film.
He first gained attention through recurring roles on Freeform's The Fosters and NBC's Game of Silence, along with appearances on Agent Carter, Aquarius, and a guest spot on FOX's Lethal Weapon. Concurrently, he gained behind-the-scenes experience on productions for NBC, FOX, and Nickelodeon, building a strong foundation in television production.
In 2017, after the passing of his father, Grier took a short break to support his family and reevaluate his career goals. During this time, he worked as a personal and executive assistant to producer Don Weiner and Academy Award-nominated producer Lee Daniels, expanding his knowledge of the entertainment industry.
He went on to write, direct, produce, and star in Remember to Breathe in the Dark, and featured in the lead cast of Good Side of Bad with Academy Award nominee Tess Harper and Emmy Award winner Kim Estes. He also starred alongside Richard T. Jones in Aftershock: The Nicole Bell Story, executive produced by Roc Nation.
Grier has appeared in national advertising campaigns with Morgan Freeman, Kevin Hart, and Terry Crews for brands such as Toyota, Sam's Club, RAM Trucks, and Church's Chicken.
