Biographie
Anthony Michael Bertram is a film and television actor from Queens, New York. A native New Yorker, he began his professional acting career in theatre and local commercials. He has also explored stand-up comedy, and everyone who meets him agrees he has natural sitcom appeal.
Originally a Business Administration major at Adelphi University in Long Island, Anthony was on track for a corporate career. However, during his senior year, he took an Acting elective class and discovered a passion for it. Unfortunately, when he learned he needed to take a Statistics course to graduate, he had to drop Acting, which left him disappointed. Despite stepping away from acting at that time, the passion had already taken root.
Anthony graduated but decided to pursue a career in entertainment instead of business. He immediately began training, determined to build a solid and stable career as an actor.
He studied at Stuart Rogers Studio, Ward Studio-Meisner, NEC, Tasha Smith Studio, and Lesly Kahn Studio. His film and TV credits include roles in "Victorious" (Nickelodeon), "Henry Danger," "Law & Order," "Raining Day," and "Lopez." On stage, he has appeared in plays such as "The Amen Corner," "Conversations with the Past," and "Changing Brandy." Additionally, he has done voiceover and commercial work for Sour Patch Kids, Invincibles, Alvin and The Chipmunks, Outback Steakhouse, and Disney.
Anthony is passionate about both stage and screen, firmly believing in theatre's transformative power as a social, political, emotional, and humanistic force.
