This is the second hangout called NOT FOR THE TIMELINE so should really be called NOT FOR THE TIMELINE (II). It begins with the announcement of two deaths: the DJ Anne Nightingale and another much closer to home. The Nightingale death is related to a BBC radio programme that discussed rape (and false rape allegations from the perspective of the author). The cases discussed herein include the strange case of a California doctor acquitted of rape and a particularly nasty case of a man who was initially convicted of abusing his young daughter.
