In Seoul, the bustling capital of Korea known for its love of top spinners, a young 6th grader named Chashin eagerly battles with his topspinning toys despite never managing to win. While he's a skilled player, his ultimate goal is to defeat his older brother Cha Do-il. However, after Cha Do-il competes in and wins the Top Spinner World Championship, he abruptly falls unconscious without explanation.

It soon becomes clear that Cha Do-il's mind has been overtaken by a strange boy named Jack who approached him on his way home from the championship. Cha Do-il's mind now finds itself in a different dimension altogether, where top spinners have become powerful weapons and armies of them and their holy beasts are at war.

Meanwhile, a doctor informs Chashin and his family that Cha Do-il might be able to regain consciousness if he sees what he desires most. Fueled by a desire to help his brother, Chashin commits to winning the championship trophy himself and defeating several rival spinners along the way.
