Biografía
Julie Fine was born in Lancaster, Massachusetts, and educated in Harvard, Massachusetts. She began her career in New York at 17, modeling for clients such as Nine West, Diesel, and Seventeen Magazine. After finishing high school, she took a position at a New York private equity firm, where she gained insight into infrastructure plans aimed at promoting Israel-Palestinian peace through economic development initiatives in Israel's West Bank, a topic she continues to follow closely. While working in finance, she unexpectedly entered acting after being cast on the street for an MTV "Spankin' New" High Speed Internet commercial. Intrigued, she pursued further acting roles and trained at New York's Stella Adler Conservatory. She later studied for a year at the Sally Johnson Studio (now known as "The Studio") in New York City and trained with Joanna Beckson in Meisner technique. Following her early independent films, Fine appeared in three national commercials for Kellogg's Special K. She has also modeled for numerous European print catalogs and served as the face of various fashion brands, including Jocavi, Tom Tailor, B2 Fashion, Xandres, Neckerman, Macy's, Bon Prix, Tchibo, and Claudia Stevens, among others. Her fashion editorials have appeared in Nina Magazine, Femina Magazine, Brigitte Magazine, Freundin Magazine, Glamour Magazine, and Seventeen Magazine. Fine divides her time between modeling, commercial acting, and a cross-media personal project scheduled for release in 2010.
