Adem Mikullovci, born in Vushtrri, Kosovo, is an Albanian actor and politician. As an actor, he was part of the ensemble at the former People's Provincial Theater of Kosovo, now known as the Kosovo National Theater. After leaving the Academy of Theater and Film in Belgrade in 1968, he returned to Pristina and began working at the theater. From 1968 to 1990, he performed in 45 leading and 70 supporting roles in Albanian-language plays, including Waiting For Godot (1977), I'm Going To Hunt, The Man Who Saw His Death, Love, The Straw Hotel, End Of The World, Fly In The Ear, and Ervehe. Mikullovci also produced several plays, such as After Death (Cajupi), The Age of Whiteness (D. Agolli), Dan The Devil, Angel Of The Station, The Bed, and The Listener, as well as a stand-up comedy titled "Përgjuesi" in 2011.
In 1990, he was among the deputies of the Kosovo Assembly who issued the Constitutional Declaration on July 2.
Mikullovci returned to politics by joining Vetëvendosje in May 2017, a party he had long supported. In the 2017 Kosovan parliamentary election, he secured a seat in parliament. As the eldest member, he served as chairman of the assembly from June to September 2017, until Kadri Veseli was re-elected as full-time chairman by the parliament.
