As a screenwriter and director, in 2018 he made his first fiction short film, *Jesus is B(l)ack*, which won him the Best Young Filmmaker award at the U22 Film Fest. Between 2019 and 2021, he made the short films *Infraganti* and *Txoriak Txori*. His latest short film, Deadly Draw (Sorteo Mortal) 2023, which was selected for the Kimuak catalogue of Basque short films, has already garnered over 30 selections.
In recent years, he has written and directed several award-winning music videos: Liher - Teloia, Niña Coyote eta Chica Tornado (a piece comprising two music videos), Bele - Zerua Irabazi and Erromintxelak - Esperoan.
He has had the opportunity to learn the craft of filmmaking from the inside by working on the directing team of over 30 films and series, including: Ane (David P. Sañudo), ¿Es el Enemigo? (Alexis Morante), El Buen Patrón (Fernando León de Aranoa), Maixabel (Iciar Bollaín), La Fortuna (Alejandro Amenabar), Intimidad (Netflix), Apagón (Movistar+) and Balenciaga (Moriarti/Disney+).
In 2024, he directed the second units for Koldo Almandoz’s series Zeru Ahoak, produced by Txintxua Films (Intimidad, Ondar Ahoak, Oreina, Karmele, etc.), which premiered in the Official Selection at the San Sebastián Film Festival. In 2025, he directed the second units for the series Irabazi Arte for EITB. In 2026, he co-directed two episodes of the documentary series Acoustic Home for HBO Max and wrote and directed the comedy series Aloka(h)iru, created alongside Alba Lozano for EITB, which is currently in post-production.
Throughout 2026, he has been working on the post-production phase of his first feature-length documentary, provisionally titled *Simulacro de Fisión del Núcleo*.
