Sandra Dee's life has revolved around relationships and behavior, both real and portrayed on TV, transitioning from acting in TV dramas to becoming an Executive Communication Coach.
Starting her career at age 11 with modeling and regional commercials, Sandra faced challenges finding her own voice. At 17, she moved from her small town near Pittsburgh, PA, to compete in the Miss USA Pageant and land her first major TV role as Amanda Cory on Another World. She went on to star in Sunset Beach, Bold and the Beautiful, General Hospital, Days of Our Lives, The Bay, and guest-starred in prime-time shows such as CSI Miami, Zoey 101, and Two and a Half Men. Her struggles with shyness and difficulty expressing her beliefs inspired her to study human, animal, and plant communication, neurolinguistics, and body language. She mastered multiple techniques, including NLP, Hypnosis, Stage Mastery, and Natural Lifemanship, with the goal of helping others find their voice and overcome fears related to public speaking, video, TV, and high-pressure presentations.
In 2010, she founded Charisma on Camera Presentation Training, followed by Horsepowered Consulting in 2018, which features her signature Equine-Assisted Program, Charismatic Cowgirl Coaching. Sandra Dee is an international speaker, TV host, radio and podcast host, published author, CMMS coach, Blue Ribbon Ambassador, and passionate animal lover dedicated to rescue and conservation. Her clients have appeared on major stages worldwide and on all major US networks, including QVC.
