Christine Robert is a versatile professional: actress, cinematographer, director, writer, intimacy coordinator, chef, marketing consultant, and EMT/Medic. Born in New Jersey, she spent part of her childhood in Miami, Florida, before growing up primarily in Aurora, Colorado. She began her acting training in middle school through school plays and street theatre, continuing throughout high school in Colorado. During her undergraduate studies at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, she played the lead role of Emily Webb in Our Town.
After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Christine moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue a multifaceted career in film production, including roles such as production assistant, production coordinator, cinematographer, and camera assistant. In the early 1990s, she was set to be an associate producer for the cult TV show Night Flight during its syndication phase. There, she interviewed musical artists, produced segments showcasing their music and careers, and created independent documentary-style features that contributed to the show's success as a video-driven variety program.
Recently, Christine has appeared in episodic television series including MacGyver, Shameless, Disjointed, American Crime Story: The People vs. O.J. Simpson, Transparent, Westworld, and Masters of Sex. She has also worked on commercials, music videos, and short films.
Christine is currently producing Catch Me If I Fall, an autobiographical rock climbing documentary that delves into the delicate dynamics of partnership and trust within the rock climbing community.
Additionally, she is writing a half-hour sitcom that explores American culture and its peculiarities through a diverse array of eccentric and quirky characters whose lives intersect in magical and unexpected ways.
