Alexander AD is a multidisciplinary artist, designer, and filmmaker whose work moves fluidly between jewelry, cinema, architecture, and sensory experience - unified by a singular philosophy: that what is created with intention, clarity, and restraint becomes timeless.
His practice is rooted in the belief that objects are not merely decorative, but symbolic - vessels of memory, identity, and connection.
FOUNDATION - CINEMA & FORM
Alexander began his career within the costume and wardrobe departments of television and major motion pictures.
Working inside these iconic cinematic worlds established a deep understanding of character, silhouette, and the emotional language of visual storytelling - where every detail, no matter how small, carries meaning.
During this period, he also contributed to early prototype design work connected to "The Ring," reinforcing a lifelong relationship with myth, object, and narrative as one unified expression.
JEWELRY - OBJECT AS STORY
From this foundation, Alexander evolved into a designer of bespoke jewelry for film, television, and private clients - creating over a thousand pieces seen globally across red carpets, editorial, and screen.
His work has been worn by artists and actors including Jodie Foster, Cher, and John Travolta, and featured in cultural broadcasts such as the Academy Awards, Golden Globes, Emmys, and Grammy Awards, as well as television series including The West Wing and ER.
