Aaron Braxton is an award winning IP Content Creator and multidisciplinary storyteller who develops original, character driven intellectual property designed for film, television, and cross platform expansion. Operating as a full scale creative engine, he builds premium story worlds engineered for production, packaging, and long term commercial value.
His work spans film, television, stage, and literature, with credits as an actor, writer, and director. His performances include the theatrical release 20 Minutes, the feature The Laundress, and recurring work on several series, along with acclaimed short films The Skin I’m In and A Seed of Regret.
Braxton made his directorial debut with BROKEN, an award-winning experimental film exploring grief and psychological trauma that is generating international recognition on the festival circuit.
As a creator, his award winning portfolio includes: The Passage of Sun, To Lie Beneath, The Longest Goodbye, Jesse and the Caterpillar Who Got Its Wings, and Seed Money, alongside a slate of original television pilots including: The Sub, Gentrified, Besties, and Press Play. His most commercial project to date, The Hills Have Divas, is a bold, genre driven feature that exemplifies his ability to merge high concept storytelling with strong market appeal.
His solo play Did You Do Your Homework won a NAACP Image Award and ran for nine months at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. His novel, Jesse and the Caterpillar Who Got Its Wings, further demonstrates his ability to translate story across all mediums.
A Roxbury native with degrees from SRJC, SDSU, and USC, Braxton is focused on building strategic partnerships with producers, production companies, and networks seeking elevated, original content with both artistic depth and commercial viability and appeal.
