Grace Santos is an actor, attorney, executive producer, and producer.
Producing credits include The Crossing (a 20 episode series with the 2nd largest network in the Philippines ABS-CBN), The Adventures of Slim & Thicc (an 8 episode series with Tubi’s Creator team), teen comedy Almost Popular starring Ruby Rose Turner, comedy How the Gringo Stole Christmas starring George Lopez and released by Lionsgate. Grace started producing plays in college and founded theatre companies in Miami and Tampa. She then produced short films and YouTube series on weekends while working her way up as an executive during the work week at studios and independent companies in Los Angeles. Her award winning shorts at Oscar Qualifying Festivals include: AFI DWW’s Silk by Catherine Dent and starring Oscar Nominee and Emmy Winner Shohreh Aghdashloo, Election Night by Tessa Blake and starring Peri Gilpin, Spun (a comedy awarded by the Producers Guild of America), A Tricky Treat by Patricia Chica, and Odessa a post-apocalyptic drama by Canadian & First Nation Director S.M. Turrell. Grace is an alum of Producers Guild of America Power of Diversity Lab. Two series she has in development were in the top 5 at the 2025 National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE) Pitch Showcase.
Grace has also worked in leadership positions for companies that have produced and distributed hundreds of films and television content. Grace consults for/freelances with financier/producer Michael Mendelsohn’s Patriot Pictures (James McAvoy’s California Schemin, RZA’s Cut Throat City starring Ethan Hawke, Wesley Snipes) and Joseph Restaino's Hungry Bull Productions (Pig starring Nicolas Cage, Rebecca Hall’s Passing starring Tessa Thompson). She also founded production services company Ethos Pictures. As Head and VP of Business Affairs and Operations for Gamechanger Films, Grace worked on The Inspection with A24 Films and it has garnered 25 nominations so far, including the Golden Globes, Independent Spirit Awards, and Gotham Awards, and worked on Run Sweetheart Run with Amazon Studios, Universal, and Blumhouse. Grace was also VP of Business Affairs for companies owned by Producer Steven Paul. When Grace worked for now AMC Networks divisions Image Entertainment / RLJ Entertainment, UMC/ALLBLK, and AcornTV, she was mentioned several times in the Hollywood Reporter and Variety for closing multi-million dollar deals such as The Rewrite starring Hugh Grant and Marisa Tomei, Pay The Ghost starring Nicolas Cage, and Bone Tomahawk starring Kurt Russell. Her first Hollywood opportunity was interning for the creative development team at Silver Pictures / Dark Castle Entertainment and working as a Teaching Assistant for the UCLA Professional Programs in Producing and Television Writing.
Grace has been an actor since childhood and is a SAG-AFTRA member and Equity member. Grace also won Best Actor from Creative Loafing for her role in Tony Award winner Neil Labute's "Reasons to Be Pretty".
Grace has also volunteered for numerous charities and has been awarded public interest awards for her service. She is on the Board of Directors for FilAm Creative, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting Filipino-American stories.
