Born Elizabeth Ann-Marie Olson in Sumter, South Carolina, Bergeron moved to Florida at the age of two following the death of her father. Raised in Tampa, she developed an early love of music and storytelling, performing whenever she had the opportunity. Her talent was recognized at a young age, leading to appearances at the Grand Ole Opry, where she first performed "I Dreamed a Dream" from Les Misérables before returning to sing the country classic "Break It to Me Gently" to a standing ovation.
As a teenager, Bergeron split her time between Tampa and Nashville while pursuing a career in entertainment. She was a Florida finalist for the Mickey Mouse Club and appeared on the television talent competition Star Search.
Despite early success in music, Bergeron chose to focus on building a family. After the loss of her first child, she became the mother of four children and married Cory Bergeron in 2000. Together they built a life centered on family, entrepreneurship, faith, and personal growth.
In 2020, a season of profound personal transformation led the couple to reexamine many of the assumptions that had shaped their lives. Their pursuit of adventure, reinvention, and intentional living eventually became the foundation for Burn the Script, bringing their journey to audiences through television and digital media.
Today, Bergeron serves as a worship leader, operates a successful business remotely, and continues to share stories of faith, resilience, and transformation through media, music, and public appearances.
