Danilo Grangheia is an actor in theater, film, and television, graduated from Escola de Arte Dramática EAD/ECA/USP. Born in São Paulo, he has conducted part of his acting and directing research within Brazil's leading theater companies. As a member of Ultralíricos, he has participated in numerous plays and projects, including "Fim," "Selvageria," "A Tragédia Latino-Americana," and "Puzzle," directed by Felipe Hirsch; "Terrenal - Pequeno Mistério Acrata," directed by Marco Antonio Rodrigues; "Krum," with Companhia Brasileira de Teatro, directed by Marcio Abreu; "As Três Velhas," directed by Maria Alice Vergueiro; and "Let's Just Kiss and Say Goodbye," by Elisa Ohtake. Beyond Brazilian groups, Grangheia has collaborated on performances and studies with international theater figures such as Sotigui Kouyaté, Rena Mirecka, Nassim Soleimanpour, Cristiane Jatahy, and Nuno Ramos. He has also directed theatrical productions including "A Última Peça," "Banda Hamlet," "Nunzio," and "A Saga Musical de Cecília." In film, Grangheia has appeared in Ugo Giorgetti's "Cara ou Coroa"; Caito Ortiz's "O Roubo da Taça"; "A Bruta Flor do Querer" by Dida Andrade and Andradina de Azevedo; Caetano Gotardo's "O Que Se Move"; and Mauricio Farias's "Hebe," among others. On television, his roles include appearances in soap operas and series such as "Irmandade" (Netflix), "Mauá - O Primeiro Gigante" (History Channel), "A Lei do Amor," "A Mulher do Prefeito," "Ligações Perigosas" (Globo), "3 Teresas" (GNT), "Contos de Edgard" (Fox), "O Negócio" (HBO), and "A Menina Sem Qualidades" (MTV). For his work in theater and film, Danilo Grangheia has received several of Brazil’s top awards, including Prêmio Shell, APCA, Femsa, Questão de Crítica, and Cine PE.
