Zita was born on September 27, 1979, in the small Hungarian village of Pásztó. She studied drama at Bródy Imre Grammar School in Budapest, where she began modeling. Her first assignment was the Agnes B. fashion show in Paris alongside Letitia Casta. Throughout her modeling career, she worked in 24 countries, including the U.S., Italy, and France, and took part in campaigns for brands such as Mont Blanc, Benetton, Vodafone, Nivea, Coppertone, and Nissan. She appeared in magazines like Playboy, Cosmopolitan, Elle, FHM, Anna, Brigitte, Glamour, and Vogue. Zita also hosts the weekly TV show Cinematrix and Megasztár, Hungary’s most popular talent show.
Aiming to advance her acting career, she has appeared in films including Den Of Lions, Café In The Sky, Underworld, as well as several Hungarian movies like Pesti Harlem, Fej vagy írás, and Az illúzió csapdájában.
