Devyn Dalton is a Canadian actor, dancer, and stunt performer, widely recognized for her motion capture roles and voice work. She began acting and dancing at a young age, demonstrating exceptional talent and a deep passion for her craft. Early on, she earned numerous awards and scholarships from respected industry mentors.
Discovered by an agent in her hometown of Edmonton, Devyn was recruited into the film industry in Vancouver, BC. She continued her dance and theatre training, performing across Canada and internationally.
Her acting career flourished with notable achievements, including her first feature film, "Rise of the Planet of the Apes," where she played two lead live-action roles. This marked the beginning of her established career as a motion capture artist, working alongside industry greats like Andy Serkis and Terry Notary. She returned for the franchise's third installment, "War for the Planet of the Apes," portraying the character Cornelius.
Nickelodeon cast Devyn as the lead in "A Fairly Odd Christmas," starring alongside Drake Bell and Daniella Monet. She later portrayed Gretel in the adventure film "Escape from Mr. Lemoncello's Library."
One of her most significant accomplishments is working with legendary director Steven Spielberg on the feature film "The BFG."
As a professional stunt performer, Devyn has an extensive list of credits, including "Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters," "Godzilla," "Once Upon a Time," "Arrow," "Supernatural," "A Series of Unfortunate Events," "The X-Files," "Wonder," and "Legion." Recently, she joined the cast of major films such as Marvel's "X-Men: Dark Phoenix," "Skyscraper," and "The Predator."
Devyn's voiceover career began with the "Barbie Rock N' Royals" movie, where she voiced the spirited rocker girl Zia. She also voices Shasa in the popular anime series "Beyblade Burst."
One of her favorite and most rewarding roles is voicing Ocellus in "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic."
