Aaron Scotti is a producer who began his career with Armory Films, a film finance and production company that develops, produces, and finances high-concept, commercially viable content.
Scotti teamed with Armory Films co-founders Chris Lemole and Tim Zajaros in 2016 and has since produced titles including Brian Taylor's Mom and Dad (2017) starring Nicolas Cage and Selma Blair; Joe Penna's Arctic (2018), starring Mads Mikkelsen, which premiered at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival and was acquired by Bleecker Street for North American distribution; and The Peanut Butter Falcon (2019), starring Shia LaBeouf, Dakota Johnson, John Hawkes, John Bernthal, Bruce Dern, Thomas Haden Church, Yelawolf, and introducing Zack Gottsagen.
Following The Peanut Butter Falcon, Scotti continued in Los Angeles production on Charlie Day's directorial debut, Fools Paradise (2019), starring Day, Kate Beckinsale, Jason Sudeikis, John Malkovich, Edie Falco, Jillian Bell, Ken Jeong, Adrien Brody, Ray Liotta, and Travis Fimmel, serving as co-producer, with Armory financing and producing the film.
After the production of Fools Paradise, Scotti welcomed two children, which inspired a shift in focus toward family life. He moved to Texas to raise his children surrounded by nature, outdoor activities, and sports, prioritizing a grounded and active childhood.
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Scotti moved to New York City in 2006 to study acting, and today he resides in Texas, actively developing multiple new projects to be announced soon.
