Business producer & Producers Guild of America member Stephanie Salvey understands the entrepreneurial arc of independent film. By sharing her creative and strategic business/legal background with writer-director collaborators, she brings savvy advice, industry connections, long term vision, velocity, and project management to motion picture, episodic & other media ventures.
Though her film career only started in 2016, she already wears the producer hat on 3 episodic series, 3 documentaries, and 8 feature-length films. In 2021 alone, Steffie is a Producer on 3 feature films that are just completing post production: Amanda Richards' raunchy outlaw musical, Whiskey Dixie, with principal photography in Oregon; Leslie Goyette's period feature Maysville with principal photography in Washington; and on Peter Hyoguchi's art-house psychological thriller, The Tarot, shot in Los Angeles.
Stephanie brings two decades of entertainment industry experience with her legal, creative, & business executive expertise from her variety of roles such as: nightclub owner, legal facilitator, music promoter, business paralegal, band manager, accountant, record label staffer, booking agent, and public relations/marketing strategist. She is an accomplished business & legal writer and music journalist.
Salvey's creative film making services combine the theory & the street of both business and law in areas such as Communications, Negotiations, Business Plans & Budgets, Content Messaging for Funding, Public Relations & Pitch, and Project Coordination from script to screen.
As a Producer, Development Producer, Executive Producer, & Line Producer, Steffie makes use of her well rounded publicity strengths and her long vision project management philosophy.
