Chris Duskin is a cinematographer with a career spanning nearly 100 films across studio features, streaming, and television. Originally from New York and a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Duskin built his foundation working in Manhattan’s commercial production world before rising through the camera department to become one of the industry’s most trusted directors of photography. He began his career as a film loader and assistant cameraman, ultimately becoming an A-list focus puller and camera operator on major motion pictures including The Rock, Conspiracy Theory, Apollo 13, and Steven Spielberg’s A.I. Artificial Intelligence. His extensive background operating on large-scale action films-including Transformers, Fast Five, Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame, Captain Marvel, Spider-Man: No Way Home, and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier-has shaped his dynamic, performance-driven visual style. Duskin transitioned to cinematography on both main and second units, collaborating with acclaimed filmmakers and cinematographers such as Rodrigo Prieto, Dante Spinotti, and Mauro Fiore. He has served as Director of Photography on features including Fear (dir. Deon Taylor), Think Like a Man Too, and Dashing Through the Snow, marking his ninth collaboration with director Tim Story. His television work includes serving as cinematographer on 14 episodes of the Ryan Murphy series Nip/Tuck, as well as additional cinematography on Mind Games. Duskin has also been a key creative contributor on major studio productions as a second unit and splinter unit DP, including The Alto Knights, Haunted Mansion, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, and Descendants: Rise of Red. Known for his technical precision, large-scale action expertise, and collaborative approach, Duskin brings decades of experience to productions ranging from character-driven storytelling to complex visual effects-driven films.
