Charlotte Kavanagh's passion for the performing arts began early. Growing up in the Canadian beach town of White Rock, BC, she trained in ballet, jazz, hip hop, modern, contemporary, and tap dance. As a teenager, she transitioned into professional modeling, where her striking Scandinavian features and distinctive look opened doors across North America and Asia, helping her develop the discipline essential for success in the entertainment industry.
After graduating, Charlotte pursued a professional dance career by enrolling in Harbour Dance Centre's pre-professional Intensive Training Program (ITP). She was soon discovered by a talent agency, launching her career. During Vancouver's Hollywood boom, she earned notable dance credits including Descendants 2 (Disney), Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist (NBC), and multiple musical episodes of Riverdale (CW), working with renowned choreographers Tony Testa, Mandy Moore, and Heather Laura Gray. Charlotte also showcased her skills on stage in The Smoke Show, a dynamic dance cabaret directed by Jen Oleksiuk.
Charlotte’s first acting class reignited the passion she felt as a child in dance—the curiosity and drive that never faded. She trained with respected Vancouver coaches Deb Podowski, Jeb Beach, and Nelson Wong, while also honing her natural singing ability through private lessons and by sharing live singing and guitar performances on social media.
As an actress, Charlotte has achieved success in commercials for global brands like Porsche, Hyundai, SweeTARTS, Jarred Jewelry, and Gillette. She made her television acting debut on Once Upon a Time (ABC), followed by guest roles on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow (CW), The Twilight Zone (CBS All Access), and appeared in the feature film The Right One, directed by Ken Mok.
Look for Charlotte in her first recurring guest star role in a highly anticipated musical series for Paramount+, set to release in 2022.
