Christopher Giroux is a Canadian film producer with a portfolio spanning over 50 feature films across various genres.
A 2009 graduate of Sheridan College’s Advanced Television and Film program, Giroux swiftly advanced in the industry, producing ten consecutive high-concept genre films in collaboration with Black Fawn Films and Breakthrough Entertainment. In addition to his film projects, he has produced music videos for bands including Theory of a Deadman, Megadeth, and The Trews.
Recently, he has produced and managed titles such as The Christmas Charade, Christmas Island, Learning to Love Again, Take Me Back for Christmas, Anything for Jackson, The Voices of Her Mother, Pins and Needles, Please After You, and The End of Sex, which was an official selection at TIFF 2022. His work has been distributed globally on platforms and networks including Netflix, Hallmark Channel, Lifetime, UPtv, Paramount+, Super Channel, W Network, Prime Video, Tubi, Roku, BBC, Shudder, and others.
From 2023 to 2025, Giroux held the position of Senior Vice President of Production at Vortex Media before returning to independent producing.
In 2026, he co-founded Precious Metal Productions with Ann Pirvu, debuting with the feature film Bee My Love.
Beyond producing, Giroux is a member of the Producer’s Roundtable of Ontario and serves as President of the Hamilton Film Board, established in 2025. His accolades include a Certified Fresh Trophy from Rotten Tomatoes for Anything for Jackson (2020) and three Canadian Screen Award nominations for Christmas Island (2023), Take Me Back for Christmas (2023), and Pins and Needles (2024).
