Adam began his entertainment journey at just 9 years old, writing, co-directing, and starring in his own original third-grade play, "Yes There Is a Santa Claus." A natural leader, he crafted roles for every classmate and cast himself as Santa Claus.
With over 25 years in the entertainment industry, Adam has dedicated himself to writing, producing, and performing. As Co-Founder of Big Hug Productions and Improvolutions, he manages business development, creative consulting, writing, and production, while entrusting the more challenging tasks to others.
Taking a bold step, Adam ventured both in front of the camera and behind the microphone, which proved rewarding. He evolved from an award-winning writer and producer to an award-winning comedian and actor.
As a writer, Adam has contributed to National Lampoon and created content for television, animation, radio, corporate events, and private clients ranging from top comedians to CEOs. As a comedian, he has shared the stage with leading figures such as Kevin Hart, Sarah Silverman, Dave Chappelle, Louis CK, and comedy legends including Jerry Lewis, Robert Klein, Rodney Dangerfield, Chris Rock, and Jerry Seinfeld. A lifelong impressionist, he became a sought-after voice-over artist for major national commercials, well-known cartoons, and some of the most popular video games ever made. As an actor, he has appeared in Academy Award-winning and Golden Globe-winning films, Tony Award-nominated Broadway productions, and Emmy-winning TV shows, working with top producers and directors.
Soon to be a published author, Adam’s bucket list is nearly complete. Today, he works as a humor and spontaneity consultant and coach, supporting a wide range of performers—from entertainers and CEOs to politicians, speakers, coaches, attorneys, teachers, and executive leadership teams. He offers engaging one-on-one coaching sessions, lectures, and workshops on various topics, always ensuring his audiences enjoy themselves while gaining valuable insights. His mission is to inspire others to become more confident, creative, and present, embracing who they truly are. With clients including AT&T and Zales, Adam has worked with three of the current Fortune 500’s top 10 companies.
His proudest achievements are his children—Sophie, Noah, and Benjamin—co-produced with his wonderful wife, Melissa.
Additionally, Adam embraces his ADHD, which he redefined as "Hyper Awareness" in his mid-20s. He combines the strengths of ADD with improvisation to create unique energy and focus.
