Joey Kola has appeared on numerous TV shows throughout his 24-year career as a stand-up comedian, including "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "The Late Show with David Letterman," "Comedy Central Presents Joey Kola," "Comedy Central's Premium Blend," "The King of Queens" on CBS, and "The Rosie O'Donnell Show." Born and raised in New York, Joey has performed at a wide variety of venues such as comedy clubs, colleges, casinos, cruise ships, and corporate events. His performances have taken him across Canada, England, and nearly every state in the U.S.
In addition to his stand-up work, Joey has served as a warm-up comedian since 1996 for shows like "The Rosie O'Donnell Show," "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire," "The Late Show With David Letterman," "Ali and Jack" on CBS, the live "Survivor" finale shows, the live "Apprentice" finale shows, and currently for "Martha."
Joey is also actively involved in fundraising efforts for 32 different charities.
As a husband, father, and devoted pet owner, Joey continually writes new material to keep his performances fresh and lively. Beyond his love for family and friends, stand-up comedy remains his true passion—plus, he enjoys fishing!
