Darren Moorman is an accomplished producer and the founder of Reserve Entertainment, a production company dedicated to creating high-quality film and television content that entertains, inspires, and makes a meaningful impact. Throughout his career, Darren has collaborated with major studios including MGM, Lionsgate, Paramount Pictures, and Netflix.
His notable credits include Same Kind of Different as Me, produced in partnership with Paramount Pictures and starring Academy Award® nominees Renée Zellweger, Greg Kinnear, Djimon Hounsou, and Jon Voight. Darren also partnered with Lionsgate to create and produce the television series Mark Hamill's Pop Culture Quest.
Under the Reserve Entertainment banner, Darren produced the Netflix original film Blue Miracle, starring Dennis Quaid, which garnered critical acclaim and widespread audience praise. More recently, he produced SWEETWATER, featuring Cary Elwes, Kevin Pollak, Jim Caviezel, and Richard Dreyfuss, as well as THE HILL, starring Dennis Quaid, Joelle Carter, and Scott Glenn.
Darren's recent theatrical releases include the award-winning drama SIGHT, starring Greg Kinnear, and MONSTER SUMMER, with Mel Gibson, Mason Thames, and Kevin James. His latest film, GREEN AND GOLD, starring Craig T. Nelson and Brandon Sklenar, is currently in theaters.
In addition to narrative storytelling, Darren has ventured into impactful documentary filmmaking. He partnered with Chris Pratt to produce HELEN I BELIEVE, and is completing NO LIMBS NO LIMITS, a powerful documentary on the life of Nick Vujicic.
Darren lives in California with his wife Krista and their two sons, Eli and Zion.
