As an actor, he has appeared in over 200 commercials, more than 95 films, and 30 national television series. His network television credits include Operation REPO, Discovery ID, Buried in the Backyard, The NightShift, Longmire, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, This Is Us, There's Johnny, Yellowstone, Gentified, MacGruber, and Better Call Saul. He has performed alongside Kevin Costner, Tony Danza, Jane Seymour, Patrick Duffy, Roger Bart, Don Ameche, Stacy Keach, John O'Hurley, Andre Braugher, Andy Samberg, Milo Ventimiglia, Bob Odenkirk, America Ferrera, B.J. Sean is recognized as one of today’s finest improvisers, skillfully engaging audiences by spontaneously creating humor tailored to each group. He possesses a rare talent for interacting with the audience, uncovering unique traits of individuals, and crafting an interactive performance that leaves everyone feeling part of an unforgettable experience. Sean has trained at some of the nation’s top improv theaters, including The Second City, The Groundlings, Upright Citizens Brigade, and I.O. West. Additionally, he has studied with The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Stella Adler Theatre.
He gained national attention as a finalist and winner on the television show America’s Funniest People, where ABC producer Stephanie Keane described him as “another Robin Williams.” Sean was also a finalist on the Star Search spin-off Ed McMahon's Next Big Star and has appeared on XM Radio. He has shared the stage with Louie Anderson, Gilbert Gottfried, Patty Loveless, Belinda Carlisle, Loretta Lynn, The Doobie Brothers, Rick Springfield, K.C. and the Sunshine Band, Victoria Jackson, and others.
Sean holds the distinct honor of having worked with some of the most respected directors in the film industry, including Francis Ford Coppola, B.J. Novak, J.J. Abrams, The Coen Brothers, and Jordan Peele.
