With more than 25 years in the ever-evolving creative industry, Ryan has built a career spanning design, motion graphics, cinematography, and live performance-both on stage and in front of the camera. He began in advertising before quickly transitioning into entertainment, contributing to interactive marketing campaigns for Happy Madison, Freaks and Geeks, and Adam Sandler. Alongside a talented team of collaborators, he developed online games and websites that blended humor with emerging digital experiences.
As his skills evolved, Ryan launched projects under his own creative identity, "Latenight Weeknight," sharpening his post-production expertise through collaborations with Nick Swardson on multiple short films and a DVD release for Comedy Central. He has also partnered with studios such as Bungie, delivering motion graphics and VFX for trailers supporting titles like Destiny 2 and Marathon.
A lifelong gaming enthusiast, Ryan served as Lead Animator and UI Designer for Spooky Pinball on the "John Carpenter’s Halloween" pinball machine. Drawing on his deep knowledge of pinball culture, he also created and produced "Horrorhouse Fest," a decade-long series of immersive pop-up pinball tournaments staged within haunted house environments. A standout showcase took place at the 2019 Pinball Expo in Chicago, celebrating the launch of the Elvira's House of Horrors machine.
Throughout his career, Ryan Policky has completed hundreds of projects, collaborating with and supporting teams at agencies including Fact & Fiction, Amélie Company, e2k, LRXD, Rabble+Rouser, and The Integer Group. More recently, he has focused on crafting motion graphics for docuseries featuring Bon Jovi, Serena Williams, Aaron Rodgers, and Quincy Avery for Kinesis.
