Elise Doganieri is a ten-time Emmy Award-winning producer, renowned for co-creating and executive producing CBS's hit reality show The Amazing Race. She leads Profiles Television, a full-service, award-winning production company that creates and produces content for global audiences.
Since its debut in 2001, The Amazing Race has broadcast nearly 350 episodes and is viewed in over 80 countries. Elise’s company also manages international adaptations of the show in Canada, China, Israel, Australia, and South America.
Doganieri has received ten Emmy Awards for The Amazing Race, along with three Producers Guild Awards, a Directors Guild of America Award, a GLAAD Award, and a Television Critics Award.
Beyond The Amazing Race, Elise executive produced ABC’s high-concept competition series The Quest, where scripted actors guide reality contestants through fantasy-inspired challenges. She also executive produced Oprah's Big Give, Take The Money & Run, and Profiles from the Front Line for ABC. Other series under her production include Fight Master: Bellator MMA on Spike and The Great Escape on TNT. Doganieri produced two innovative, interactive branded-entertainment projects for Ford: Focus Rally America on Hulu and Escape Routes on NBC, which featured live-streaming and interactive elements. Escape Routes was a finalist for the 2013 Effie Award in the Media category. Prior to founding Profiles Television, she worked as an advertising executive at leading agencies in New York and Los Angeles, including Ogilvy & Mather, DDB Needham, and Chiat/Day.
Before her advertising career, Doganieri co-founded Open-I-Media in 1994, a New York-based internet consulting and design firm that developed interactive strategies and solutions for multiple Fortune 500 companies.
In 2006, she was honored with the Marvin Feldman Award from her alma mater, the Fashion Institute of Technology, recognizing her achievements in business and technology.
