Anthony Robert Grasso is an experienced actor, director, and master teacher with over thirty years devoted to his passion for the entertainment industry.
A lifelong artist, Grasso is a versatile performer known for his wide range and ability to embody diverse, challenging roles that add depth to his impressive portfolio of intense and compelling characters.
An award-winning indie film actor recognized at Sundance, the Hoboken International Film Festival, Japan's Genre Film Festival, Atlanta Great Southern Short Festival, and LIIFE, he has also built a dynamic television career. His notable recurring roles include appearances on Marvel's Jessica Jones and Gotham, along with co-starring parts on Blue Bloods, Person of Interest, Law & Order, NYPD Blue, and Sex & The City, among others.
Grasso has been featured in both national and regional commercials, including the notable AMEX campaign directed by M. Night Shyamalan.
Upcoming projects include The Long Commute (which he co-wrote and co-produced), Less Heat In Arizona, Blind Date, Wink, Any Given Tuesday, Extradition (as actor and director), Retreat (director), Monarch Butterfly, and three indie pilots: The Probe, General Mess Hospital, and A Beautiful Distraction.
He teaches on-camera acting techniques in New York City at ARG Studio and is highly regarded as a headshot photographer within the industry.
