Valued member of BOF-500 since 2013, media maven Evelina Khromtchenko is one of the most recognizable and influential fashion figures in the Russian-language world, having been editor-in-chief of L’Officiel-Russia for 13 years, as well as a TV presenter, radio personality, PR executive, creative director, and art-curator.
Being L’Officiel editor-in-chief and CD Evelina Khromtchenko voiced Miranda Priestley, the character played by Meryl Streep in the Russian version of XX Century Fox's "The Devil Wears Prada" (2006).
Evelina made cameos in several TV series, including "Daughters-Mothers" and "Born Ugly," the Russian version of "The Ugly Betty" (2006).
Since July 2007, Evelina Khromtchenko has been a presenter on "Modniy Prigovor" ("Fashion Verdict") - a daily makeover show on Russian Channel One that received national TEFI awards in 2008 and 2015. Since 2010, Evelina has been included in TNS Russia's Top25 TV hosts list.

More about Evelina Khromtchenko
Born in Ufa to an economist and a Russian language teacher, Khromtchenko earned a degree in journalism and television & radio broadcasting from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
She began her career at the state broadcasting company, Channel 1 for children and young adults, and rapidly rose through the ranks.
She regularly worked as a fashion reporter for the radio channel Europe Plus, as an assistant to the famous TV presenter Vlad Listyev on the popular "Vzglyad" TV show, and launched the teenage fashion magazine "Maroussia". In 1995, she partnered with music journalist Alexander Shumsky and opened the PR agency "Artefact," working with Hollywood celebrities and fashion brands, including Hermes, Valentino, and Gucci.
In 1998, Evelina was appointed editor-in-chief and creative director of the fashion magazine L’Officiel (Russian edition), swiftly bringing media attention to the fashion designers, photographers, and other industry players in her native country.
From 2010 to 2013, she served as the international editorial director of Les Editions Jalou, the Parisian publisher of L’Officiel, overseeing over 20 international editions of the magazine.
In addition to her editorial duties, Khromtchenko hosts "Modniy Prigovor" ("Fashion Verdict"), a daily television makeover show, and has also authored a book on Russian style in Assouline Publishing (2009). She voiced the character of Meryl Streep, Miranda Priestley, in the Russian version of "The Devil Wears Prada" (2006).
Evelina was a curator of art-projects and exhibitions "Valenki-Valenki" in the State Museum of Fine Arts (Pushkin Museum), "Brilliant heads" in the State Revolution Museum, "Ora-Ito - virtual pirate" in the State History Museum, etc.
In 2013, Evelina Khromtchenko coordinated the creation of a module on "Fashion and lifestyle journalism" for the MSU Bachelor's program, developed the list of subjects and candidate professors, and delivered a series of lectures.
