NimNimo Gandhi is an American actor known for his work in television and film. His recent projects include Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed (Apple TV), 9-1-1 (FOX), Sesame Street (HBO Max), Tommy (CBS), Blacklist (NBC), Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (NBC), Law and Order SVU (NBC), The Sinner (USA), Donny! (USA), Mysteries of Laura (NBC), Louie (FX), Guy Code (MTV), and the feature film Sharknado 2. He has also held supporting roles alongside Michelle Pfeiffer in the 2017 Sundance feature Deceit; Kunal Nayyar, Utkarsh Ambudkar, and Richa Moorjani in the feature PATEL; Mark Beltzman in The Hard Candy Kid; and Joseph Fiennes in Against the Current. His national television and radio commercial credits include Thomas Reuters, Visa, HTC, Lincoln Automotive, Geico, Samsung, Tiffany Diamonds, Extreme Reach, and Applebee’s. Additionally, he has guest-starred in Audible book series such as The Coldest Case by James Patterson, acting opposite Aaron Paul and Krysten Ritter, and Homefront (An Expeditionary Force and Audio Drama) by Craig Alanson and Jack Bowman.
NimNimo was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to parents who immigrated from Mumbai, India. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University before attending The William Esper Studio's two-year conservatory program under director Terry Knickerbocker. He has also studied with Wynn Handman, Dave Bobb, Alex Dwek, Ted Slubersky, Anthony Grasso, Vance Barber, and coaches Eric Reis and Matt Newton.
Beyond acting, NimNimo writes, produces, and releases independent films and music videos. He is dedicated to sharing stories inspired by his unique first-generation upbringing. Many of these narratives are expressed through music, as he is a professional singer-songwriter and the lead vocalist for the alternative rock band Lolli Zan, which continues to perform and release new music.
