Kwok Wan (Kwok One) is a Dutch-Chinese actor and martial artist known for his work in Boxer (Netflix), the award-winning Bon Bini 4: Bangkok Nights (Gouden Kalf winner), and as the voice of Han in the Dutch version of Kung Fu Panda 4 (Warner Bros.).
He specializes in action, martial arts-driven roles, and high-energy character performances with strong comedic undertones.
Standing at 4'11" (149 cm), Kwok brings a rare and highly castable physical presence that combines speed, precision, and expressive range. His unique stature allows him to portray both unexpected underdogs and scene-stealing characters with a distinctive mix of intensity and humor.
A three-time Nunchaku-Do champion and Ving Tsun Kung Fu specialist, Kwok performs his own fight choreography and stunts. His physical background is complemented by formal training at the Amsterdam University of the Arts (Musical & Dance) and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London.
Kwok has worked internationally across Europe, Asia, and the United States, and is fluent in six languages: Dutch, English, German, Chinese, Spanish, and Portuguese. His versatility allows him to move seamlessly between drama, action, and comedy across global productions.
He is particularly known for roles that combine physical storytelling with emotional depth - often portraying outsiders, fighters, and unconventional heroes.
With dual Dutch and Hong Kong nationality, Kwok Wan represents a new generation of globally mobile actors, bringing authenticity, discipline, and a strong visual identity to every project.
As the world's smallest Dutch Chinese Asian actor, Kwok commands attention not despite his size, but because of the fire he brings to every role. Whether he's performing stunts, speaking one of his six fluent languages (Dutch, German, English, Chinese, Portuguese, and Spanish), or channeling raw emotion in a quiet moment on camera, Kwok's presence is unforgettable.
Most recently, you can hear his voice as Han in the Dutch version of Warner Bros.' Kung Fu Panda 4 - a fitting project for a martial artist with a passion for bringing animation to life.
With dual nationalities (Dutch and Hong Kong Chinese) and a career that defies borders and expectations, Kwok One is not just an actor. He's a movement. A message. A modern warrior with a story to tell.
