Alexa Wyatt was born in Australia. She is a writer, script producer, script editor and story consultant for television drama and film, with credits that total over a 1000 hours of Australian TV drama, including NCIS: Sydney (2023), McLeod's Daughters (2001), Janet King (2014), Mako Mermaids (2013), The Bureau of Magical Things (2018), 100% Wolf: Legend of the Moonstone (2020), Nina & Olga (2021), All Saints (1998), Water Rats (1996), Heartbreak High (1994), Home and Away (1988), Neighbours (1985). She has worked in all genres including crime, legal, medical, children's drama and animation. The recipient of a Distinctly Australian Script Editing Fellowship, she is also a playwright with productions at the Adelaide Fringe Festival, the Stables Theatre, Sydney, Melbourne Writer’s Festival, Bridewell Theatre, London and Northern Light Theatre Company, Canada.
