Patrick Roccas, an actor born in Athens, Greece, has a Greek father and a Canadian mother. He draws inspiration from the careers of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, and classic Hollywood legends like Marlon Brando, Jack Nicholson, Robert Redford, Clint Eastwood, and Paul Newman.
In his youth, Patrick developed an interest in bodybuilding and played rugby union. After completing high school, he took on various jobs while searching for his true passion. His work experience included plumbing, roofing, bricklaying, concrete forming, laboring, security, bouncer duties, painting, glazing, and working in a fish factory. Finding these roles unfulfilling, he turned his attention towards a career in entertainment to express his inner thoughts.
With his savings, Patrick began studying acting intensively. He had professional headshots made and personally sent letters to every major agent in Vancouver. Once signed by a leading agent, he built his resume with appearances in shows like Fringe, Supernatural, Flash, and Arrow.
After seven years of dedication in smaller parts, Patrick landed a principal role in Robert Zemeckis’s feature film "Welcome To Marwen," marking his debut in major cinema.
Following multiple television appearances, he co-starred alongside Jon Voight and Jonathan Rhys Meyers in Tony Dean Smith’s 2023 action movie Mercy.
Looking ahead to 2024, Patrick will play a key villain role in the action thriller "Protectors of the Land."
Known for his strong work ethic and commitment, Patrick channels his life experiences into his acting, aiming to immerse audiences in the full spectrum of the human experience.
