Jennifer Aurianne DaRe is an entertainment executive, producer, talent manager, and the founder and CEO of ATN Entertainment and ATN Productions. She represents actors, writers, directors, and producers while producing and developing original film and television projects. A member of the Television Academy, DaRe has served as a Semifinalist Judge for the Austin Film Festival Screenplay Competition and has participated as a speaker, panelist, and roundtable mentor at the Austin Film Festival Writers Conference.
For more than 35 years, DaRe has built a career around people. Whether managing artists, producing films, raising financing, or bringing together the right creative team, she has always been drawn to talented people who are also genuinely good human beings. She knows the strongest careers and creative partnerships are built by surrounding yourself with people you respect, who challenge you, and who make the work better.
As a producer, DaRe is attached to the feature films Where the Sparrows Fly and Snow Factory, where her work focuses on financing, strategic development, building key creative relationships, and supporting each project through production. She is drawn to stories that challenge perspective, encourage empathy, create a genuine emotional impact, and leave audiences thinking differently about people, relationships, and the world around them.
Since founding ATN Entertainment in 2015, DaRe has developed a hands-on approach to management. She knows every career is different, every artist deserves an individual strategy, and no two paths look exactly alike. She focuses on helping artists build careers with intention, longevity, and the flexibility to continue growing throughout their lives.
Before launching ATN Entertainment, DaRe worked her way from Manager to Senior Vice President and ultimately Executive Vice President at a prominent talent management company. Along the way, she also worked in casting, music supervision, still photography production, and production support, experiences that broadened her understanding of the industry and continue to influence the way she approaches both producing and management.
DaRe's career began in music, where she managed bands, singer-songwriters, and record producers while also serving as one of two lead vocalists for the Extinct. During the band's eight-year run, they shared stages with Stone Temple Pilots, No Doubt, Incubus, Fishbone, Dramarama, Agent Orange, For Love Not Lisa, and Mary's Danish.
From 2005 through 2013, DaRe was the sole producer and curator of The ATN Showcase during SxSW. At the height of its run, it became the largest and longest-running independent showcase during SxSW, creating opportunities for emerging and established artists to perform together, expand their audiences, and build meaningful relationships throughout the music industry.
DaRe is a passionate advocate for creating an entertainment industry where every artist has the opportunity to be seen, heard, and valued. She is a vocal supporter of women both in front of and behind the camera, a strong advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, and believes the industry is strongest when it embraces authentic voices, diverse perspectives, and talent at every stage of life. She is equally committed to challenging ageism and creating more opportunities for artists to continue growing, contributing, and doing meaningful work throughout their careers.
Following the attacks of September 11, 2001, DaRe traveled to New York, where she spent three months volunteering alongside the American Red Cross, working at the piers, supporting the Women's and Children's Fund, and assisting the Salvation Army as recovery efforts continued. The experience continues to shape the way she approaches both her work and the people around her.
Throughout her career, DaRe has been inspired by people who work hard, stand by their values, have the courage to speak up when it matters, and do what they believe is right. She is drawn to people who are committed to leaving the world a little better than they found it and is grateful to spend her career contributing to work that moves that idea forward.
For DaRe, the most rewarding part of the entertainment industry has never been the business itself. It's the opportunity to work alongside talented people, help bring meaningful stories into the world, and be part of projects that invite audiences to step into someone else's shoes. She believes some of the best films don't tell people what to think. They simply ask them to look at the world through a different lens.
