Jackie Welch is a professional life coach and president of Visions Manifest Coaching Services. She began coaching in 2000, infusing her passion for creativity into every aspect of her work. Creativity is central to her coaching philosophy, as she believes that everyone, as a creative being, has the capacity to be their own best resource for achieving fulfillment and joy in life. Jackie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Duke University and graduated from Coach U (The Coach Training Program), accredited by the International Coach Federation. She also completed training at the Coach Academy of Texas and is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach. A long-standing member of the International Coach Federation, Jackie served as Board President of the Tennessee Coaches Alliance in 2010. Her enthusiasm for coaching stems from witnessing her clients discover greater passion, enthusiasm, and potential in their lives. She supports creative professionals, as well as those aspiring to embrace creativity, in doing work they love and loving the work they do.
Jackie's professional background is rooted in the performing arts. As a child, she studied violin and piano and was immersed in theater, dance, and fine arts. After college, she pursued acting, finding a creative home in children’s theater, musicals, classical theater, comedy, and improv. Her talents soon expanded to television and film acting, and she later added writing, directing, and teaching to her repertoire, accumulating over twenty years in the industry. Jackie draws on her performing arts experience to help others unlock their natural creativity in everyday life.
Beyond individual and group coaching, she provides keynote presentations and workshops, including improv workshops designed for non-actors. Participants often describe her sessions as enjoyable, creatively freeing, and confidence-enhancing, helping them reignite their creative spark. Her diverse client base includes artists such as writers, filmmakers, poets, musicians, composers, actors, directors, producers, and designers, alongside marketing executives, entrepreneurs, counselors, teachers, realtors, homemakers, attorneys, Vanderbilt University's Owen School of Management, and the Nashville Business Journal.
