Biographie
Caro is an accomplished, award-winning multilingual actress known for her passion, dedication, and exceptional talent. Born in Venezuela to Argentinian parents of European heritage, she was raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From an early age, she transformed her love for performance into a successful and critically praised career spanning over three decades. In 2015, after achieving success in Argentina, a pivotal moment brought her to Los Angeles, California, where she chose to advance her acting and music career.
Caro made her acting debut as a teenage lead in a musical TV series on a national Argentine channel. She became a mother at 20 and subsequently starred as a series regular and lead in numerous prime-time TV shows, soap operas, feature films, and commercials broadcast across South America and Israel on major networks, including Disney Channel. She has also modeled for global brands. On stage, she starred in popular Broadway musicals, including the Argentinian production of Mel Brooks’ "Young Frankenstein," playing the lead role of Inga alongside renowned actor Guillermo Francella. This performance earned her nominations for the A.C.E. and HUGO Awards, Argentina’s equivalent of the Tony Awards.
Caro studied drama in Buenos Aires from a young age, training in various disciplines such as classical and musical theater, clowning, improvisation, psychodrama, and the Method. She is trained in classical, contemporary, and jazz dance, as well as figure skating, aerial arts, gymnastics, and other sports. Additionally, she is an experienced horse rider, holds a black belt in Kung-Fu, and enjoys scuba diving and surfing. Her U.S. television work includes appearances on CBS shows like "Hawaii 5-0," "Magnum P.I.," and "NCIS: Hawaii."
As a singer-songwriter, Caro has crafted a distinctive sound that blends her South American roots with international influences. She independently records and produces her music. Her debut album was considered for a Grammy Award in 2018. Her musical career and vibrant personality continue to inspire and motivate many.
